What is the delivery time for my order?
We make it a priority to process every order as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise stated, packages are shipped within five (5) business days after the order is placed on our website. Delivery time then depends on the efficiency of the postal service and the recipient’s availability to receive the package.
Do you deliver internationally?
Pao delivers to all EU countries as well as the United Kingdom. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country.
Return & Cancellation Policy
All ceramic pieces are handmade and one of a kind. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the event of damage during shipping or a clearly identified defect.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 5 business days from the date of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact Pao Ceramic promptly at this email.
In case of damage during delivery, please notify me within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, including clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. I will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement (if possible) or a refund.
